How do we quote and work?
Every job starts with a conversation and a site visit. We measure the area, look at the base, check drainage and talk through what you want. Then you get a written quote that lists the scope, thickness, reinforcement, finish and cleanup, so you can compare it fairly with other bids.
We do not quote by phone for anything beyond a rough idea, because the site decides the price. We explain the options, including cheaper ones when they make sense, and we tell you when a repair will do instead of a replacement. Pour day is planned around the weather, and we tell you how long to wait before using the new surface.
